How do they offset the inevitable complaints for their customers?

Spoiler Alert: They Don't

How do you survive with ANY of those plans?!

If a warming service isn't processing thousands of emails per day, your emails Will Go To Spam! There's no two ways about.

Gmail is very unforgiving

  • You can have ONE complaint per THOUSAND emails sent to maintain the inbox.
  • You can have TWO complaints per THOUSAND emails sent and maintain UPDATES / SOCIAL / PROMOTIONS / FORUMS
  • More than THREE complaints per THOUSAND emails sent and you'll quickly start finding yourself in the spam folder

Your complaints have to be insanely low on cold outbound, so that you can inbox.

If you are consistently at 0.1% with low opens/low clicks/high bounces or any combination of the three, your email will wind up in spam. And a few hundred positive signals from a warming service isn't going to help in the slightest.

  • Below 0.1%: Excellent! You're maintaining a healthy sender reputation and enjoying good deliverability.
  • 0.1% - 0.2%: Acceptable, but monitor this rate closely and identify any potential issues affecting recipient engagement.
  • 0.2% - 0.5%: High risk of deliverability issues. Investigate the cause of rising complaints and take corrective action immediately.
  • Above 0.5%: Gmail may suspend your account. This is a critical situation requiring immediate and drastic action to improve your sender reputation.

How are you sending emails?

Senders fall into one of the three categories

  • G-Suite - You can send low volume per account and low warming per account. It's impossible to scale with cold outbound. Either it initially spams and never stops spamming, they disable your account or it eventually goes to spam and you can't get back to the inbox. G-suite is only usuable for warm leads (NOT cold data).
  • Microsoft - Has the same issues as G-Suite.
  • Sendgrid/MailGun/Brevo - These are great solutions if you can manage to get onto, and stay on, their good IP ranges. Not possible with cold outbound. You have no idea what your data is going to do, nor how it's going to respond. How do you ever build good reputation? Warmy.io + the price of the server and somehow you want to keep that around 1 complaint per thousand emails sent. Neither the math nor the pricing work out.

Math hates the other warming companies

First of all let me just say, warming is warming. The process isn't a secret art. It's literally this:

  • Check spam, is email in there? If so, click not spam
  • Check inbox, is email in there? If so, open it
  • Reply to n% of emails (We do 25%)

Now that we've established that anybody can do this, the only differentiating factor between all services is the volume. That's why you are reading this...not to mention the unlimited SMTP server.

The obvious problem

The problem is obvious at this point. With G-Suite & Microsoft, you can't send enough volume per day to offset the incoming complaints. It's not a viable solution.

With a dedicated SMTP like Sendgrid, MailGun and Brevo, you are hoping that you can get on a good range. You have very little chance of building & maintaining your reputation with a dedicated IP solution. With Warmy.io, you could have 5 complaints per day and still stay in a decent range, BUT you are still paying almost $500 for the seeds and another $100+ just for warmy.io to warm it/offset your complaints before you send a single email. And that's still very optimistic that you can only have 5 complaints in a SINGLE day. How many emails can you realistically send per day before your complaints skyrocket?

Even the best-case (other guy) warming solution relies on luck at best...yikes!

MX Suite ot the rescue!

  • There's no limit on sending.
  • There's no limit on IMAP/POP accounts.
  • The server integrates with ALL sending apps & platforms.

We offer email support. Our goal is for you to succeed. It's hard not to when you have up to 100k emails going out daily to keep your server warm.

FAQs

Our plans start at $250/month.

What do I get?

A domain of your choosing.
Daily warming, depending on the warming plan you pick.
$1 email accounts, with unlimited daily sending.
Webmail, IMAP/POP and SMTP.
Integration with Instantly, Smartlead and Reach Inbox.

What do we need after you make an order?

You can start creating your email accounts right away, however we suggest that you wait two weeks before initially sending emails. That's why we give you an extra two weeks on your first billing cycle, so that you get a full 30 days of sending before you are billed again.

How long does it take for your server to be warmed?

It generally takes 2 weeks for the server to be completely ready to go.

What if you need to send emails right away?

You can send emails right away, but without warming, they may not inbox. Remember, you are on your own IP address and you have a new domain. So, it's going to take two weeks to adequately warm your server for sending.

Do we allow people to use their own domains?

Yes, but be aware that if your domain reputation is terrible, it's going to take longer to fix it than it would be to start with a new domain. Just something to be mindful of.

What's the percentage breakdown of every TLD of your seeds?

It's a mix, mostly G-Suite/Gmail. We don't really go into the numbers. The seeds are often changing, so there's really no accurate answer.

Can you warm my SMTP server instead of using yours?

No, we do not allow this for a variety of reasons. The biggest being that if the server isn't properly configured, we'd be opening tickets with customers to get it fixed.
