• Any spam complaint threshold higher than 0.1% will cause emails to start spamming.
• We provide server and domain warming services and continue this process as you send emails, but we do not guarantee inbox placement.
• There may be instances where we experience deliverability issues with specific providers, resulting in your emails being placed in a queue.

4. Sending Limits and Queueing

While we offer unlimited sending, the rate at which we can send emails is dependent on the acceptance rates of recipients' mail servers. Emails will be queued if necessary to comply with these limitations.

5. Right to Remove Customers

We reserve the right to remove any customer who does not adhere to our policies. Non-compliance with this AUP can lead to the suspension or termination of your access to our services.
